Before you make a decision on becoming a
referral agent, please read this entirely, and think about the
potential of our program.
TERMS
AND CONDITIONS OF OUR REFERRAL PROGRAM
GENERAL:
Wholesale-Directories.com
is developed and owned solely by Cramer Specialty Sales Inc.
[Parent Company], since 1996.
To actively promote
our Wholesale Trade Sources service you must agree to the
following terms and conditions in their entirety.
You agree, that
by actively promoting any or all links provided to you through
your membership area will be considered as your acceptance of
these terms and conditions in their entirety.
Cramer Specialty
Sales Inc. reserves the right to change or modify these terms and
conditions with or without prior notice.
Personal purchases
are not eligible for commissions. If you click through your
affiliate link, then make a purchase, that commission generated
will be removed.
All promotional
graphics, banners, text, etc., are the sole property of Cramer
Specialty Sales Inc., and may only be used in conjunction with
your affiliate link, and must be used as offered via the
affiliate area of the membership site.
COMMISSIONS:
Earning commissions
is based on a "2-Tier" structure.
PAYMENTS:
All Commissions
earned are in U.S. Funds, and will be paid out as such.
Commissions will be
paid out after 90 days grace of that sale [ due to charge-backs, fraud, etc. ]
once your account reaches $25 payments will be credited to you via
PayPal.
To partake in our
affiliate program, requires you have your own paypal
account. Please use your paypal email as your primary
email. If your email isn't your primary one, you can add it
as a secondary.
If you do not have
a paypal account, it is easy to set one up at https://www.paypal.com.
Paypal sets thier
own fee structure for handling your money. These fees [if
any] are your responsibility, and may or may not be deducted
from your commissions by PayPal. We do not share or
receive any monetary recovery in these or any other fees that
PayPal charges for handling.
TAXES:
You fully understand
and agree, that as an Affiliate or Referring Agent, promoting our site for monetary
gain, you are acting on your own, and not employee of our
company. Therefore, reporting income and paying taxes as per
the tax laws of your country are your responsibility.
We do not withhold
tax nor pay tax to any Government Agency on your behalf, nor do we
take any responsibility for your failure to disclose any/all
income generated or paid from this program.
INAPPROPRIATE
SITES:
We are sensitive to
where our traffic is generated from, particularly from
questionable or sociably unacceptable sites.
All links belong to
us, and can be revoked at any time, therefore, if any of your
links are displayed on such sites, your account and affiliate link will be
disabled, and all earnings forfeited. Here are a few
examples of sites that are NOT allowed ...

Sites that
promote hatred toward any Race, Gender or Citizenship.

Anti-Government
sites.

Sites that
display or promote violence.

Child
pornography sites [this will get you reported].

Warez or other
sites that promote stealing or copyright violations.
Sites not listed
here that fall within the same or similar context.
SPAMMING:
You agree and
recognize that we will not condone
spamming or promotion of our site(s) via the method of
"unsolicited email" of any sort, and this type of marketing is strictly
forbidden.
This may also
include so-called "Opt-In" lists, as they cannot be
legitimized. There are many scammers out there that market these
lists as being "Opt-In" when actually they aren't,
therefore, we will not jeopardize our business reputation by being
a party to that type of marketing.
You agree that any
violation of this particular term will get your account
immediately suspended pending an investigation, and if held true,
subsequently revoked, banned from our
site, and forfeiture of any current or future commissions you may have
earned.
You also agree that
you will solely, be liable for damages or fines for such marketing
techniques, and will hold Cramer Specialty Sales Inc., it's
existing Referral Agents, Employees, Affiliates or Associates
harmless.
DISCLAIMER:
Your success is
not guaranteed, and is solely dependent upon your own efforts
and marketing skills.
Cramer Specialty
Sales Inc., it's existing Referral Agents, Employees, Affiliates
or Associates of any kind make no promises that you will be
successful.
You agree that any
promotion of our site, shall be in accordance with these terms
and conditions, and that Cramer Specialty Sales Inc., it's
existing Referral Agents, Employees, Affiliates or Associates of
any kind shall not be not held or share responsibility or
liability in the event of your marketing or promotion of our
site.
